  • The Dick Miller Memorial Scholarship is a scholarship opportunity established by Mr. Robert Miller, a West Canada Valley alumni, in memory of his father, Richard Miller.

    Juniors are required to complete all application materials to apply for this scholarship and of those that apply, up to two juniors are selected to have the opportunity to attend a challenging 3-week academic program in July at Davidson College in North Carolina. Davidson College is a nationally recognized, highly selective, independent liberal arts college. The program is designed for mature, responsible, and academically motivated students who desire an exceptional academic, social, and personal development experience that provides insight into life on a prestigious college campus. All tuition expenses will be paid for the student. The student will be responsible for traveling, & spending money expenses.

  • Up to 2 WCV students can be selected to attend Project Fibonacci, a week long STEAM conference held at the Beeches in Rome, NY in the summer between their junior and senior years. Students who excel in math and science and are interested in going into a STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) related career are encouraged to apply.
